Several features provide behind the scenes automation like check-in/check-out, encryption, watermarking and meta-data functions. System allows Subscription Services/ Distributors like to splinter their music content into custom fit categories; add new inventory to their catalogue; enforce their strict rules of security without placing the enforcement burden on their consumers. Additionally distributors are able to present their massive inventory to customers in an attractive, multi-field classification that makes search and downloads easier, quicker and smarter. This is multi-tier component based system. Responsibilities included design, data modeling, and developing the presentation, business and data layers of the system. ActiveX DLL’s were deployed under Microsoft Transaction Server. Also wrote SQL Server Stored Procedures and views that employed variety of complex table joins. Various third party control tools were used to enhance the presentation layer.

Existing training material developed for all GM Assembly Plants did not provide the Flint Assembly Plant with plant specific content.

ARCHOM captured each workforce interaction with the “Airbag Assembly Process”. We documented the assembly points supported with safety information through text, video, voice, graphics and photographic content development. Developed evaluation questions to evaluate student pre and post knowledge of subject contents.

ARCHOM developed a training module using its proprietary ICT™ software product. This training module is now being delivered in GM Flint assembly technology center to all workers handling or coming in contact with airbags in the assembly process.
