IT Staff Augmentation

The Staff Augmentation process includes pre-screening to evaluate technical skills,
extensive reference checking, testing, and face-to-face meetings with each prospective
candidate. We also conduct follow-up after the consultant is hired to make sure both parties are satisfied.
Contract-to-Hire
If you are in need of an IT Professional but prefer hiring on a trial basis for 90 to 120 days at
your site, Archom’s Contract–to-Hire service is the perfect solution for both you and the IT
candidate. With Contract-to-hire, you have the opportunity to review the candidate’s skill
level as well as “real world” interpersonal skills. Our process will ensure a win-win
situation for both parties. The key to a successful engagement is understanding both
candidate and employer goals, combined with on-going communication with the IT candidate
while they are billable.
The Contract-to Hire Process involves identifying the initial Job Requirement and implementing
Archom’s qualification availability process to determine the best internal candidate.

dedicated Archom Senior Recruiter/Resource Manger. Archom’s proprietary process of

We pre-screen and interview all of our consultants to evaluate technical skills,
define career objectives, and verify professional and personal references.
